Limit sugar intake:

Reduce your sugar intake by limiting the consumption of foods and drinks containing high amounts of sugar, for example, sugar-sweetened beverages, sugary snacks, and candies. We can eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables as snacks instead of sugary snacks.
