Trademarks and copyrights
All material presented on the Site, including text, audio, video, and graphical images, is subject to copyright and intellectual property rights under Indian laws, unless otherwise indicated. The trademarks and logos displayed on this Site are owned by Astha Technologies, its parent company, affiliates, and associates. You agree not to use any framing techniques to enclose these trademarks or logos or remove any copyright or proprietary notices on the Site. Any infringements will be aggressively defended to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Registration, access, and exchange of information between individuals
Some services, like email, personal web pages, subscription based services, contests and shopping, require visitors to register. To do so, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate information on the registration form. You will also select a password and user name. It is your responsibility to keep your account and password confidential. By registering, you agree to these terms as well as any others posted on the Site. Please note that each registration is for a single individual user only. Astha Technologies will retain your registration information in accordance with applicable laws even if you cancel or withdraw your registration.
Postings/transmissions at Astha Technologie’s website
All materials transmitted or posted, including but not limited to information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages and other content (collectively referred to as “Content”), are the sole responsibility of the person who originated such content (the “Originator”). By posting any material containing images (“Images”), you confirm that (a) you hold the copyright for such Images or have obtained permission from the copyright owner to use them in accordance with these Terms and the Services; (b) you have the necessary rights to grant the licenses and sublicenses stated in these Terms; and (c) any individuals depicted in the Images have provided their consent for their use as outlined in these Terms, including distribution, public display and reproduction.
In all Content/Images you submit on the Site, you represent that you have valid rights and titles, that you have not infringed on any IPR belonging to anyone else, and that you will indemnify Astha Technologies or its affiliates against any claims resulting from your posts.
This website prohibits the posting/uploading of harmful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, or otherwise unlawful information or material, and any individual involved in such activity on this website will be solely responsible for legal action under applicable laws.
As a publisher, you are responsible for complying with the terms mentioned here, as well as providing information about your user accounts to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules of 2021. It is important that you also follow all relevant laws, including these Rules. Astha Technologies reserves the right to identify publishers who have shared this information with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting by giving them a visible verification mark on our service. This mark will be visible to all users.
Astha Technologies is not liable for any Content or Images posted by users. By posting such materials, you acknowledge that they will become the property of Astha Technologies and its affiliates, granting them the non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display said Content or Images worldwide in any form or technology.
Activities that are prohibited
It is prohibited for you to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information on the Site that
- (i) belongs to another person and the user has no rights over it;
- (ii) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing based on gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise in violation of the law;
- (iii) is harmful to children;
- (iv) violates any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right;
- Violates any current law;
- Vi) deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or intentionally conveys information that is patently false or misleading in nature but may be perceived as true;
- Any Content or comment you upload is subject to relevant Indian laws, and may be disabled or investigated under those laws. In addition, if you are found to be in non-compliance with the laws, regulations, terms of use, or privacy policy of the Site, the Company reserves the right to terminate/block your access and usage of the Site and remove any non-compliant Content or comment. The Company will retain necessary information as required by law and may pursue further legal action available to them.vii) threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites criminal activity or prevents investigation of criminal activity;
- x) is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass any person, entity, or agency for financial gain;
Any Content uploaded by you must comply with relevant laws and may result in disabling or investigation. Non-compliance with laws, regulations, our terms, or privacy policy may lead to account termination or access blocking. We reserve the right to remove any non-compliant Content uploaded by you. Furthermore, government agencies or court orders may require us to remove unlawful content.
